Limericks

Limericks

Give 'em to me. Your nasty filthy limericks. Or your deliciously hilarious limericks. Or the ones that make you tongue-tied.

Here's my favorite:

A tutor who tooted the flute,
Tried to tutor two tooters to toot.
Said the two to the tutor,
"Is it harder to toot,
Or to tutor two tooters to toot?"

I stumble trying to say that in my head, let alone say it out loud. :D

I dont guess I got one..I slurr alot of words together anyways so..sometimes reg sentences come out all twisted up. :teeth:

Hahaha, that's a lot of tooting.

I've got a couple limericks that I made up myself, mostly dealing with the man from Nantucket. While they are nice n filthy, they probably arent forum safe.

Isn't the limmerick style aabba. If so, then your first "limmerick" shouldn't really be considered a limmerick :innocent:

Yeah, the "or" is supposed to end line 4, not start line 5. It makes more sense (sort of) when said aloud.

So no one's got anything about the man from Nantucket?

Here ya go:

There once was a man from Nantucket
who liked to sit on a bucket
One day the bucket collapsed,
he fell on his a**
to which he replied "Ah well **** it!"

It get's kinda distorted with the language filter, but I'm sure you can figure it out by the rhyming of it.

Code:
          3_
         /3
        /
       | 2 3 X pi 3_
       | z dz X cos(--------) = ln (/e )
       | 9
      /
       1
I stole this from a website. But man, what a limerick!

Integral z-squared dz
from 1 to the cube root of 3
times the cosine
of three pi over 9
equals log of the cube root of 'e'.

It's ok, I can fold my own.

Also shamelessly stolen from a website:

There once was a woman named Nor,
Whose chest was as flat as the floor.
It is sad to be said
That in dark, in the bed,
Men sucked on her shoulder blades more.
