Lightning Sorc help

For a good lightning dueling sorceress, what would be a good build and what items?

The lightning sorc i have now it:
str: enough to wear items
dex: none
vita: all
energy: none

Shako with um
Perfect Light Ormus (+3 to lightning 20/-5)
Sandstorm Treks
Heart of the Oak
Maras
Spirit
Magefists
2 Stone of Jordans
Arachnid
Call of the Arms (6/6/1) - lidless on other hand

Skills:
20 lightning mastery
20 chain lightning
20 lightning
20 charged bolt
12 nova
1 warmth
1 static field
1 chilling armor
1 thunder storm
1 teleport
1 telekinesis

9 Lightning Grand Charms (no mods except for +6 dex)
Sorc Torch (15/17)
Annihilus (15/11)
10 Life Small Charms (1x 17 lifer, and rest 18-20)

This is my build and I get beat very easily in duels by any character, unless the guy does very little damage to me. I get one hitted by hammerdins that has about 13k hammer damage. I usually teleport around and cast lightning and get killed in 1 hit by almost anything

I heard many people say that getting Energy Shield with enough str to wear items, 100 base vitality, and the rest into mana was a good idea, but then there were other guides that tell me that getting all vital is a good PvP sorc.

Can anyone tell me what would be a better build and what items or what I'm doing wrong?

ES is a very good way to tank hits in PVP, especially if ur a light sorc with all those Lite GCs. Other than ES and Telek, theres not much u can do, just practice and try to not get hit by teleing and couple shots, then teleing again before pple get close to u.

Don't get hit. Without energy shield of course you'll die very easily. All vit is better for pvm than pvp. Just tele around and not get hit. Melee characters should have a hard time hitting you if you tele fast enough. Hammerdins have small range, just don't let them have time to release a hammer right next to you.
