    Yep, its a phone.

I don't have a cell phone, so I can't really comment, but my friend has a sliding cell phone and he loves it.

I just use a random black cellphone. Don't really see the point in an expensive one

If you want something fancy (read: expensive) get a Palm Treo. I got a 680 about a month ago and absolutely love it.

I just got a samsung u740, and let me tell you, it is a great phone for the price. Dual-flip just blows my mind, and even though the qwerty keys are small, it is far better than the multi-press texting. I'm a bit worried about the durability of the hinge, but so far so good.

My phone before the Palm was Samsung Sync smart phone, and I just hated it. I'm almost glad it fell off the bike.

Been using Korean mobiles for about 10 years now (live there). Personally I hate the slide (I have one now). Mine actually plays Play Station games on it and doubles as a controller. But I hate the slide to answer the phone. I've had my thumb slip a few times when answering and it's slid back after being 3/4 up and has hung-up on the person. I prefer the flip personally. But for durability. Never had an issue with Samsung but have had 2 LG phones give up the ghost.

Wow it plays games? what model is it, or can you gimme a link?

As for me I have the ROKR E2 and it is pretty awesome. has a SD mem card slot expandable to 4 gigs if the card is compatible. 2 gigs for all other SD card brands. Has a nice big screen, plays mp3s really nicely, lotsa games, easy to use interface, and the videos are not that difficult to download onto it, and they play nicely too.

Oh yeah and it's also a phone XD

Nice sound, hands free, transfer calls, put calls on hold, etc etc.

I have a circa 2004 cellphone that take terrible photos. I never use the camera. It used to light up on the outside when i got a call/message, but lots of constant dropping but an end to that nonsense!

As for the chocolate, I don't see the use. I have an ipod, though, and I don't have much use for cameras, so that would explain my opposition to spending so much on a phone.

Ya, most phones in Korea do. We have a lot of websites dedicated to downloading games for your phone. My just happens to do it a little more so with PS games too. But I think it's only available here. I'm selling it in 3 weeks :)

    2 Samsung one LG.

That's pretty close to it. When I used to work for Samsung/Corning glass all the Samsung guys said to buy LG LCD's (but not Plasma) displays. Even though we made all the glass their tech behind it was better. They also preferred LG aircons and some appliances.

    Hi Rob,

That sentence confused the hell out of me. The only chocolate I'm familiar with is the one you eat ... and that doesn't seem to apply here.

Care to clarify what you are saying ?

    Thanks
    Syxx

The LG Chocolate is, well, the very subject of this thread. What don't you understand?

Should I have capitalized the word 'chocolate'? The LG Chocolate is a new cellphone with all kinds of expensive gizmos attached.
