    LF Zon Help!

I am making an LF zon and it is not looking good. I am only lvl ten but my planned skills are disasterous.

I only plan on getting to lvl 80 (unless this build proves to be insanely fun) This means i can get 80 skill points plus 12 for quests which equals 92 skill points

    here are my chosen skills:

    Max Charged Strike
    Max Lightning Strike
    Max Lightning Fury
    1 Jab
    16 Valkyrie
    4 dodge \
    2 avoid |- 50%
    4 evade /
    5 pierce
    9 prerequisites

That comes to a whoping 101 points!
Please help my cutback on some of the skillpoints!! This is a Lightning/LF zon who will be using LF more! Thanks!

I'm kind of in the same boat with a poison/plague javazon but I would say maybe cut valk to 10-12 and work it up to about 17 or so with +skills. :)

I have everything pretty much worked out except what lvls I should get crit. strike, penetrate, pierce & LF (secondary skill) too. :/

I was thinking of sacrificing 10 points in lightning strike. Is this a smart idea?

IMHO, the best way to save skill points is to get more items with +Passive And Magic Skills like +2 passive gloves, +1 passive skill charms etc. Think about it, every +1 to passives mod will save you a point in Valk, Evade, Avoid, Dodge and Pierce. That's 5 skill points for +1 passive. So if you, for example, replace +2 Javelin gloves with +2 Passive gloves, you will save 10 skill points to put into javelin synergies.

    Regards,
    Liessa

okay do not sacrifice 10 points!!!! if anything u don't even need a valk. But they are fun! only put 8 (since it seems u like the valk) points in valk. or perhaps buy a merce. or merce + valk that works outwell then u can watch both of them take all the hits well u sit back and sloughter them all.

I'd get crit strike to about lvl 8 with items. That gives you a nice 60% or so chance of doign double dam on your target and leeching back life and mana from him/her/it.

I had originally planned to use razortail for pierce with 5 in pierce. However, I just found a Thundergod's Vigor and now I am contemplating using that. However wont i need more pierce? Which is better?

As a lightning fury Zon here, i don't feel the need to have much in pierce... I'm wearing a Thundergods and i think it's mods are better than the razortail... The strength bonus on it is nice and helps to equip other items.

If you use LF then Razortail > Tgods. I use Tgods (for the lightning absorb) only in areas where I might encounter Gloams.
