hm if i was gonna make a charger i would use 2hand weapon, like botd tm, botd wp or something for massive dmg.
dont think doom will have enough dmg for u to kill anyone.
use verdungo instead for some more dr.
maybe max dmg sc's instead of psn.
and without shield u can put more stats into life since u wont be needing maxblock.

I agree with ekorren. That Doom isn't ethereal, and it isn't Grief either, you'll be missing out on a lot of damage. The whole idea of chargers is the 1 hit kill.

That also means those poison charms will be almost useless, since they damage over time.

+max/+AR/frw small or grand charms might be better.
