lend-lease program

Hi, I'm writing a paper for my American History class but am having a hard time finding specifics on the lend-lease program (1941). I've found that the approximate aid was $50 billion, but only about $10 billion was repaid. I haven't been able to find whether the U.S. forgave all debts related to this program, or if the debt is still "officially" owed. Does someone have any knowledge about this or can provide a link with good information?

Hmm, I believe most European debts were forgiven with the Marshall plan, although I could be mistaken. Its a good place to start anyhow.
