Lawbringer and kicks

Hi!!
I'm making a Trappper-kicker hibrid following the guide by C-Beat. It's a great guide and a fun build so far. I'm currently using gimmershred or crushflange as weapon and whistrand as shield (soon to be replaced by a Stormshield). I'm using Marrowalk for boots and planning to replace them with upped Gore Riders. And finally, casting traps with +10 skills from c/c on switch.

Seeing Lawbringer RW mods, I'm tempted to try it. This RW gives the following mods:

20% Chance To Cast Level 15 Decripify On Striking
Level 18 Sanctuary Aura When Equipped
-50% Target Defense
Adds 150-210 Fire Damage
Adds 130-180 Cold Damage
7% Life Stolen Per Hit
Slain Monsters Rest In Peace
+200-250 Defense Vs. Missile (varies)
+10 To Dexterity
75% Extra Gold From Monsters

And it's quite cheap, AmnLemKo. This should increase survivability (decrep), chance to hit (-50 target def.) and add some elemental damage and LL, for an hybrid sin on a budget ... like mine :). What do you think??

And a related question. Do "%damage to undead" from sanctuary aura get transfered to kicks??

Thanks,
Gorgoram.

Lawbringer is supposed to be one of the best Kicker options. One disadvantage: the RIP mod will prevent corpses from being detonated with DS, and so some people use it mainly as a PI solution, or just until decrep goes off.

Thanks for the replies.

Should I be worried about the RIP mod?? IIRC traps are considered minions, and RIP won't kick in ( no pun intended ;) ) if a monster is killed by a minion (a LS for example).
And I'm doing 3.5k max dmg. per LS. That would provide plenty of corpses to explode. Tha is if what i think about traps not triggering RIP mod is true, which I'm not sure.

@Jerion: I would love to see it work on a claw ... but no, It will end up on a phase blade I think :(

You are correct - the RIP mod will only kick in if you yourself make the kill. Also, iirc, it should ONLY kick in if you kill it with a physical attack... which is a moot point for you, but interesting to nonetheless. Though I've heard reports to both sides of that matter.

Ooooo Lawbringer kicks ^ ^
I posted a "try this" post on the topic once too...
Anyways, it's great for DTalon, and killing PI's with it is easy just cause of the sanctuary combined with the fact that most PIs are undead monsters (the ones i encounter with my kicksin).

@Dante Sparda: I would love to see the kick damage of that setup, but I'm on a budget here ... so, no high runes for me :( .

@Caerbannog: I guess that answers my question about ed to undead from aura transfering to kicks, Thanks!!. IIRC the superunique of the den of evil is always PI and of course, undead. If this is true, he'll probably die faster than his minions

I'm still a Lem and two Ko short of Lawbringer and upped Gore, but she has a shiny new SS now.
