Does it make sense to make a LW in a two-handed hammer for a WW barb? How much %FHR would i need to have any acceptable speed? Are there any better runewords for such a barb?

No doesn't make sense. You'll whirl at appalling speeds (which kills the CB advantage), and considering the cost the damage on LW is not really spectacular either.
