Large Charm from Hell Baal

I usually only keep small and grand charms to cube but yesterday Baal spit up a Large Charm. I'm planning on Cubing it until I find a keeper. Problem is with Large charms what are the keepers?

 

I had a large charm that cubed into a 18 life, 22 mana charm. That can be a keeper.

 

35 life / 30 mana i found once in pindles garden

 

There really aren't any mods you can get on a Baal Large Charm that you can't get on say a Hell Cow one. Smalls and Grands are the only ones with high-lvl possible affixes.

 

I think you will know when it is a keeper unless you must have perfection.
