You are entirely right that bump +Fal for perf MF Stealskull is low--relative to how others value that item--however the perfection of the MF stat means nothing to me as the helm would be for a giveaway account playable character *merc*.
So that bump of a Fal was merely to alter an offer I had already made in good faith for a package of 3 items when that stat was completely unknown.
Since the Stealskull is the least worthwhile to me of the three (you might have noticed the other 2 items have straight absorb which is what I'm a big fan of) it was toss up between bumping or simply withdrawing the SS from my package offer... note that neither you nor anyone else had yet bid on the SS when I made that bump.
Please remember that *I* was the one who suggested revealing the stats since it would be worth more if it was good (and I certainly wanted the seller to get more for it). It really is not my fault that it is perfect and that perfect isn't worth much to me. I had told him if the stats were good I would bump the offer, and I did.
Additionally, I took time to helpfully reply, with my honest opinions as the value of Maihes items when he choose to PM me regarding his goods and my offer (instead of posting here). Further, in this thread, when you declined in-game trade for delivery, I helpfully pointed out to Maihes, who is new, that forum regulars in our unofficial chat channel would be likely to help him mule safely.
In light of this perhaps you can see that my edited post is merely clarifying what my offer would now be, sans SS, and is neither hostile, nor complaining, nor lowballing.
Indeed I let Maihes know that I am in no rush and that he is welcome to consider my offer good for many days, which is much longer than the somewhat customary ~48hours offers and trades are typically allowed before people consider it okay to rescind them.

p.s. @Maihes, (now that I know it is) 193% tgods is too good for my ~15 offer, iirc 198/199% have recently gone for ~Um so I'd guess yours is ~Pul+ and not ~Lem for low stats, like the ones I've been buying (and hope to buy more of). However if you don't find anyone that wants the Gris Corona for more than ~Dkey please feel free to LMK.
I really don't think it is polite to call my post hostile. If you re-read my post you will see friendly words like "congrats!" and "please" and "welcome", none of which are contextually ironic or sarcastic.
