If it has an Ohm rune in it, people will call it "Ohm'ed", or if it has a Zod, they'll say is Zod'ed (Zod makes the item Indestructible, and Wizard spike is already Indestructible, there-fore providing a "Lawl" factor )

ohm'ed means its socketed with ohm run, and itd be a waste to socket an unbreakable item with a zod rune

Off topic - but why are people always wanting ethereal items - don't they break? Delete this post if you'd like.

When an Item is ethereal, it has more defense, or damage, depending on item type. For instance, SandStorm Treks are wanted when tey are Ethereal because of the "Repairs Durability" mod. And even if it doesn't have that mod, you can Zod it (If its Chest armor, Helmet, or Weapon.) Ethereal Titans is wanted because it doesn't actually have durability, just quantity, which is self replenishing.
