From your ISO i have this:
4xsols, and 4 decent barb gcs: 10max dam/50ar gc /8/75ar/3strgc and 2xbarb mastery with 5dex and fire damage second mods.
for gf items 30gf jewel, 23gf/8str/3dex jewel, 10gfsc and 16.6psn resist sc.

The heavens light is 3 skill, and 2 sockets so I was hoping for more than pgems for it. Unless you can make a decent offer of pgems/sol runes.

Well it seems this item is worth more than I originally though. I can offer you a Zod (self found) which isn't quite a HR but is close, or I can offer in keysets, I'll give you 3 if you like, but I haven't much else.
