a dwarf star (assuming you have two and you sell them for two each then hopefully you have one left)
an ik maul
an ik pair of lead heavy boots (or the regular ones, totally sure a barb won't notice the difference)
an ik pair of gloves that you can somehow stick rings on
and a demon limb
for a total of 7 pgems (10 pts) + 4 jjs.
