It could be hard to get to the speeds you want without twinked gear, but then again, getting resists and DR are going to be difficult as well. As such, I would advise using 1 point BoS and dumping points into Fade, then use each one as the situation demands.
Get decent blocking. Trust me on this one.
If you are mostly untwinked, Black flail is a great weapon which can get you through almost all of the game (probably through the whole game with decent support.)
It may be an idea to hybrid with traps, because at the moment you have a mostly physical damage assassin teamed with a physical damage barbarian, Venom will kill Phys-immunes, but it will not be that powerful without many +skills. Traps afford you a measure of defensive safety as well as an effective 'fire and forget' second source of damage. In order to get the points, you might want to skimp on Shadow Master... I mean, afterall, you can just recast her...

Cheap runewords help, although IMO an Io is already to unreliable to count on for untwinked play.
'Strength' in a Blade Talon or Scimitar (this one can be shopped) is pretty nice, you only need 20 IAS from gloves then to reach 3 frame follow up (which again can be shopped). If you can find the exceptional versions (respectively Greater Talons and Cutlass) you only need 10 IAS for 3 frame follow up. This will enable you to use Fade as the difference between 9/3 and 7/3 kicks is not big enough to give up ~50 res (prebuff fade with, again, shopped claws).
'Rhyme' boneshield is your shield and you do want max block.
I'd give up the Master (she is not that good to begin with and with 2 mercs, a smelly barb, CoS and Mind Blast you got enough crowd control) and go for 20 in LS and DS. Your lightning damage won't be spectacular (although it gets the job done), but the massive CE range will be.

It won't be much "untwinked" i will be bying stuff as soon as i make some pgems.
I think i will use "Strenght" runeword on a claw and put points in claw block and forget about shadow master. I will use Jade as second claw for boosting shadow skills and resistance. Would this work? Max d talon, max fade, 15 in claw block and max venom?
