Kickass Barbarian Pants? Hope so...

A friend of mine found these pants on one of our runs, he wonders if it's worth anything? We tried searching the stats on the auction house but we didn't get any hits, it may be because I'm a monk, I don't know. He's a barb and he wants to keep them, but I'm convinced they're worth a couple of millions and he will be able to upgrade his gear in general. But I don't really know for sure, maybe some help from you will provide some clarity.

These are some seriously valuable pants. I'd expect 10m at least, could be way more. Wait for a more experienced opinion, and dont sell quick ;p

almost maximum AR with 226+94 = 320 core stats. with an open socket (potential of 40 core stat)
The only stats the pants is lacking from perfection is bonus armor, but that does not change the fact that this pants is GODLY.
Good luck selling it, it goes for at least 30m. i say at LEAST.

anw, keeping the pants as a barb won't be a bad idea too, since he won't need to change his pants anymore lol.

Now I wish I was the one that found them, man oh man. Ironically, this was the first time this month he has played! Certain people just have that outrageously blind luck, I find it hilarious and I am happy for him though

Hehehe! I thought the same thing, his chest is pretty decent already, so he only really needs some minor upgrades in equipment. With his luck I'm sure he'll be fully equipped the next time we're done taking a run together.

Very nice pants. 2 off perfect for all resists. The vit is great (max is 300). One thing I would do before looking to sell them is do 2 searches on the AH. One would have the following parameters: 268Vit/78 Resists/94 Str and sort by armor value. The next one I would do is 226 Vit/136 Str/78 Resists with the same sort. See what I did there? Depending on market conditions and which is more highly prized it cold go to either a DPS barb or a tank.

My thoughts on value it could be 20-25+ Mil to the right buyer. The only thing that bothers me about this price point is that you are competing with gravediggers and some other really nice pants and you might have to adjust your price(downward) to reflect that.
