Khalim's Upgrade

Can Khalim's Flail and/or Khalim's Will be upgraded using the Horadric Cube recipes?

Nope. It doesnt have a base item type, and its a quest item..

...and so will either a) upgrade to a Hand Axe or b) crash. I can't remember which does which now... but it will do one of those two things, you can upgrade an imbued Wirt's Leg to a Hand Axe I believe.

but can you upgrade a non-imbued khalim's? because thats a flail isn't it?

Quest items with gold names can be upgraded with the Unique upgrade recipe (normal -> excep). Well, some of them can, but as I say, I don't remember which...
