    Kelpie Snare slow affects

I did a search and didnt find what I wanted so thought Id ask here in the spf.
Can you switch to kelpie snare(razortine or any slowing wep) and cause the slow affect to happen then switch back to regular wep to do finish the job?

Yeah, but the slow effect will wear off after a while and needs to be reapplied with the Kelpie.

Not sure I've seen any studies on the duration of Kelpie slow effect. Does anyone know? I suspect its fairly long - maybe 5-10 seconds, but I'm just guessing based on memories sof playing with it. Surely someone has measured it.

I think I saw someone post a thread which contained RTB's answer about various slowing sources including decrep, slow, clay golem ... it's somewhere.
