Just for fun... 15,750 damage per skeleton! I made some calculations on just how powerful the skeletons of a necro can get... with everything possible, no matter how improbable. Basic Skills: Skeleton Mastery: 20 Raise Skeletion: 20 Items (this is where you will laugh): Helm: +3 summoning skills circlet Amulet: +3 summoning skills Weapon: Wand with +3 summoning skills, +3 Raise Skeletion, +3 Skeleton Mastery Armor: + 2 ALL SKILLS Shield: Necro head with +3 summoning skills, +3 Raise Skeleton, +3 Skeleton Mastery Gloves: doesn't matter Belt: Arachnid Mesh (+1 ALL SKILLS) Boots: Marrowwalk (+2 Skeleton Mastery) Rings: 2x SoJ or Bul-Kathos (+2 ALL SKILLS) Charms: +10 summoning GCs, +1 annihilus (bnet only :rant: ) Other: +1 Battle Command from Call to Arms (on switch), +2 skill shrine This gives us: +7 to ALL SKILLS +22 to summoning skills +8 Skeleton Mastery +6 Raise Skeletion or.... Skeleton Mastery slvl 59 and Raise Skeleton slvl 57 These monsters do 1304-1309 damage after summoning them. Use a might merc who at lvl 99 (more laughing, I know) has a level 29 might aura. Give him Arioc's Needle (+4), a +2 helm (can a +3 offensive auras be worn here?), +2 armor, and Battle Command... bringing his aura to slvl 38. This will give +410% enhanced damage. Have your necro use a Beast Runeword for lvl 9 Fanaticism for another +93% enhanced damage. 1304 x 6.03 = 7863 min damage 1309 x 6.03 = 7893 max damage Use amplify damage on a monster, and if that monster has 0% physical resistance in the first place, you double the skeleton's damage... bringing them to 15726-15786 damage! These guys each have 1745 defense and AR, and 3114 HP when you use the Battle Orders from CtA, and even after applying Beast (removing the +skill wand) and having the skill shrine wear off, you can still have up to 18 of them! With IAS from Fanaticism, you have 18 skellies doing 15,750 damage in the time of one quick swing. Too bad this build is all but impossible to make. It was just for fun though.
