Just a quick ladder rush needed please (E/L/SC)

I am playing again, haven't played it since last summer and i had to reinstall it. So i lost all my characters.

I want to play hardcore with some friends, and i have yet to unlock hardcore.

Could someone please help me out? I dont need quests, i just want to complete normal so that i can play hardcore.
