i know this may sound stupid but i could work very very well.....

people are always making pally groups and it hit me...... :idea:


why not make a group of sorcs and use all elements.

you might not understand what im trying to say...

etc.
if the group is 6 sorcs then 2 use each element
in theory u shouldnt struggle on hell....
(my theorys never work)

I would like to know what u guys think of this idea

Hehe, you could even get a few enchantresses to act as tanks.

But uh... wouldn't there be a lot of lag here?

It's not a "bad" idea, especially if you consider everyone in the party would be able to teleport. I like the idea of having an enchantress with a demon machine there to "tank" too

Or, you could have one pure fire, one pure cold, one pure light, one light/cold, one fire/cold, one light/fire, one tri-elementalist, and a pally with conviction.

At the beginning of the first Ladder season i did just that with 2 friends.
We had 3 sorceresses, all of them pure single-tree. The Fire and Lightning are rather obvious, the cold build used Frozen Orb.

The Mercs we use were all different. Thorns, Defiance and Holy Freeze.
When we played as a group we simply rocked. Pretty much unstoppable. In some areas with alot of Fire or Cold immunes one of us would get a bit bored, but otherwise it was alot of fun. Item sharing, joking about, etc. etc.. The benefits of playing as a group are simply clear. Though i dislike it when it comes down to forming guilds. Thats mostly just the way of someone to boss others around

Should you have some friends willing to play like that, i can only recommend it. This is also a good way to start a new ladder season. Items keep flowing in and everybody benefits.

Don't forget about placing bone prisons all over the place.

Fire tree was obvious? was it firewall, meteor, enchantress, or other?

For the lightning build was it a chainlighting or nova? or a mix of the 2.

Any party w/ summon necs / certain aura maxed palys / enchantress will OwN in hell I'm sure.
All the other party ideas sound awesome too. Too bad most of the times there's only the common builds like blizz sorc / hammerdins / etc. etc.
