You could...open a soup eatery and become a soup nazi.

There are plenty in Connecticut too.

What are you skills? What can you do that somebody else with pay you for? When was the last time you were employed?

If you haven't worked you may have to start at the bottom (pushing carriages, stocking shelves, menial tasks in other words) and work your way up. Until you can prove youself.

I'm a bit more than a 9-5er. I work at a Bank, helping people organize and simplify their financial lives. We're open 7 days a week so I get weird days off. Like today i was only in for a few hours, and I had ot catch the friday mroning conference call...but basically it was a day off--trick is I can't go anywhere far because I have to go back sunday.

Anway, try to find something you have some interest in and get your tush off the couch! Trust me, your mom will appreciate it.

    Oi

Once upon a time I did have a 9-5. But now I don't. Eh. Connecticut? Virginia? I'll have to expand the search.

    Yep yep.

Until I get the job, I'll be bored to tears...

Im 17 and at college, and pretty much the only 1 of my friends who has never been bothered to get a job. I have 2 days a week to relax, not going to spend half of that at some rubbish supermarket pushing trolleys and stacking shelves...
