Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting for PVP?
I was randomly unidentifying elite magic items when I stumbled upon a Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting - Like WOW! With all my sorcs' gear I manage to hit the 156 Str Req for Monarchs and currently do NOT have Max Block, which IMO is essential for any PvP build... Anyways my question is this...
Is an 'EldEldEldEld' Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting [90 CTB%] be a viable PvP Shield for my sorc... or since I hit the 156 barrier go with '-15Req/9Dex' SS or could I possibly go 'BerBerBerEld'?...
