What are the suffixes a -15% requirements jewel can have?

All the prefixes and suffixes for jewels are listed. I'm not sure on the accuracy (it is a blizzard page after all), but it should be close enough.

Rare jewels can get at most 2 prefixes and 2 suffixes.
Magic jewels can get at most 1 prefix and 1 suffix.

-15% req is a suffix.

Basically all suffixes as long as it isn't a rare jewel, simply because some affixes can't spawn on rares.
Look in http://d2data.net/ under Prefixes and Suffixes. It's more accurate than the AS.

Oh, and giantturtle is absolutely right. "Of Ease" is a suffix so the only way to get other suffixes is if you have a rare jewel.

One thing i'm not sure then, can there be a ruby jewel of freedom? (40%ed, -15% requirements) since the requirement jewel is a suffixe

Looking at d2data.net,
we find that "ruby" is a prefix allowed only on magic jewels and "of freedom" is a suffix allowed on both magic and rare jewels.

Since we have 1 prefix and 1 suffix, we can find a magic "ruby jewel of freedom."
Since "ruby" is not allowed on rares, we cannot find a rare with both of those mods.
