The problem is that Amazons dont teleport fast, at all! The fastest an ama can tele, is almost the slowest a sorc can tele.
But, Enigma isnt a waste on a Javazon. The mods +2skills and 45FRW is the main attractions here. And you will be using it for 'telerunning', it means you will run(fast!) most of the time and use tele through wall, over rivers and other obsticles.
For MF, you just load up on MF items and +skills items, and you are good to go.
