I'll be using tstrokes(15ias) so I have to get 40ias elsewhere in gear?

Is the bp above 55, (90ias) worth it? useful in pvp? or better to keep it at 55 and fill rest with facets?

well you can hit 55 rather easily with tstrokes, cats eye and gloves gives the extra 40.

the question of whether is worth it depends on ur gear. If you also hit the 86fhr bp and you are switching from coh to a 60/60 armor, giving up only 2 skills and 8pdr, then it might be worth it...i still gotta try it out.

I suggest 55%IAS for 8-frame CA and 10-frame LF. Assuming you have 15%IAS from TS and 20%IAS from gloves, you need another 20%IAS from the rest of the gear.

The last breakpoint (95%IAS) is achievable with 'Treachery', but imo not needed in PvM, unless you attempt for fastest Baal-run. I don't have any experience with PvP.
