Jala's or Nightwing?!FOR my Wind Druid

Hi all the xperts
I just want ask which helm should I use 4 my druid: Jala's w/Shael, Nightwing w/5-5 die cold?, or Shako w/Um rune? Or else?!
Help me on this one pls....Meanly use in PvP
