I would say so:

Torch 1 ist
Steelrend 8 ist
Griffon 12 ist
2 jewels 15ias 36ed.. hard to say, i think with 40ed its 3-4hr´s so i´d say 2 hr for each?
makes all together, about 5 hr

Baba Torch
Steelrend
Griffon

I would be very happy if we can sum it up to 20 Ists
(But it is highly possible that I will pay in Ists only)

Check you other topic, I can provide you BO weapons.
The jewels are very expensive for me (but I don't argue your price, it's about my wealth).

As I wrote in your other thread - basic 3BO Echoing Spear which you can find in Malah's shop x2
Don't know about their price, they should be quite cheap. You may have them for free.
