So what exaclty does "Ignore Target Defence" do? Achieved by socketing a JAH rune I believe, or found in various uniques... does it guarantee landing a hit? does it increase the damage delt via bypassing the defence rating? Would this increase leaching, meaning is this good for a merc?
Would this be more or less valuable than prevent monster healing (Mal)?
