TL;DR: They made -level requirement a secondary affix in an attempt to make drops better, but since they didn't adjust its priority it came up on nearly every item causing the exact opposite effect.

Though it took them even longer we finally hear something about the glacial leveling speed. Question is, does it offset the lack of mob density?

I was on the verge on completing a full set of rare DH gear for testing purposes, and then the level requirement bug happened. After that I was done with the PTR for good. CTD's are very frequent for me, along with the old graphical bug that was in early PTR. Throw in Legendary drops more rare than politicians telling the truth, and its bye bye time.

I went back to Vaniila and starting leveling a Monk...........................

It was fun testing, now its time to wait for these things to get addressed and hopefully not appear again.

PS- Found a 300 damage Skorn too, I though those days were behind us.....

It's a feature that the reduced level requirement is a secondary affix now, but it's a bug that it appears as often as it does.

Yeah, it probably looked something like this:

-level requirement: 20.
Crit chance: 25.
Health globes: 200.

Etc. For an end chance of let's say, 20/1,000 for -level requirements.

Now drop it into the secondary category where there's about 10 stats total and 6 are single resists that 1: disqualify other single resists. 2: Can't come up if all resist is present....

I made those numbers up but you get the idea.
