Crafted Caster belt with 10fcr
either a 30/20 rare bone shield with mana and life and 2sockets
or a 30/20 rare necro head with +1 PnB or +bonespear

And of course that godly wand, +1 PnB +3 bonespear 10fcr (+bonewall or +bonearmor optional but ideal)

Small Charms:
15 life
>10 life with mana

Large Charms:
5% faster run walk with mana
