ISO: Help with a MLD Charger

so the gear I planned to use, based on suggestions by other players are:
    Perf DR Gaze (or Guillames)
    angelics amulet
Duress or Prudence or Guardian Angel
My sexy 315% Eth Oath Small Crescent
    angelics ring
    Raven
    Hoz
    SoE
    gores

    Now I'm wondering:
What would be better, duress, GA, or prudence, I was thinking duress, but I'm asking questions because I'm obviously not sureI was wondering what armor I should use

I've been leaning towards GA for the +Max res, the +1 skill and the30fbr/20icb
I figured if I went that route, I could put less points into Holy Shield for mb, and thereby be able to dump more points into vigor (and thereby increase dam)

However, I'd like to hear some other opinions or even alterantives.
    thanks
What should I socket into the hoz and the gaze?
I have a nice rare belt 24fhr/13str/41life/1xmana/18lres, would that be a suitable alternative to SoE?
Lastly, what should I do about gloves? I was thinking crafted stat gloves, CB or KB. Any other ideas?

as far as my inv. should I go with pcombs? or all max/ar sc's?

and now the tricky part, skills

It's been suggested to me that I opt for this set up:
so using a skill planner, having 60 skill points to allocate at lvl 49:
(with no +skill items - for sake of calculation)
    Max might (synergy)
Max charge (975% ed 335% ar boost)
    1 point smite (pre req)
1 point Holy bolt (pre req)
1 point blessed hammer (pre req)
    1 point Holy Shield
1 point blessed aim (pre req)
    1 point conc (pre req)
    14 fanaticism (271% ed 105% boost 33% ias)

even at lvl 14, fanaticism beats out max charge (230 ed) and adds ar and ias.
However, is that a better option than pumping vigor?
I'm not sure what kind of ar problems I'm going to wind up with, so I'll have to consider that.

    thanks for the answers.
