ISO: Death's Fathom + Sorc Torch

I am ISO the following items:

Death's Fathom - 20-30% Cold DMG/ 30-40% Fire+Lightning Resist.
Socketed or unsocketed prefferably.

Sorc Torch - 10-15 attribute/10-15 resistance.
If you've got 15+ attribute+ resistance but are willing to give it to me cheap, then I will concider buying it from you.


Tell me how much you would want for them in Runes/Pgems.

And we'll see what I can do

I'd preffer we did Face to face, cause Blizzard has been giving me problems for last few days and I've already lost 1 torch cause of it.
