ISO best Bonemancer set-up...

The guides I've read aren't so hot with the exception of Crai's, but even his seems to have a few resist problems. Basically here is the best set-up that I can see of...

Helm: 3/20/2os circlet w/2shaels
Armor: Enigma
Belt: Arachnids
Weapon: Wizzy
Shield: Storm Shield (Cham)
Gloves: Trangs
Boots: Treks
Amulet: 3 PnB FCR ammy
Ring1: SoJ
Ring2: FCR ring

Charms:

7 PnB Life GCs, 2 FHR PnB GCs, Anni + Torch, 9 resist/life scs, 1 fhr/life sc


Does anyone know of a better set-up?

swap the 3/10 fcr amulet for a 2/20/stats, and then swap the fcr ring for another soj.

If I did that my resists would take a drop and I would need a 2nd fcr. I don't think that a drop in much needed resists is worth a mere 200 or so added damage.

I guess I could do that, just seems like a very very minor boost compared to the cost.

Your setup isn't that bad you know.
You could always clean the circlet and put some fhr/res jewels, but they're expensive.
I wouldn't use hoto, wizzy is a very nice overall weapon, and the dmg boost from hoto isn't all that good.
Just get yourself a nice fcr/res/mana amu, +1nec or 2 PnB will do, and you're basicaly set.
If you have the wealth, there are some things you could do.

Wealth isn't an issue for me and yeah I guess I'll just use that set-up. Its just that at level 90 I'll be doing about 4k damage with that set-up and it just doesn't seem enough.

He loses resist, though. Maybe switch out your boots? If you play NL you have access to the dupes or whatever, but if you play Ladder you can still get some decent legit resist boots. That should help out a little more.

My bad, ment a res/fhr sc then. And to the others yes I will be playing ladder, and yes I will be using white against other necros and hammerdins when resists dont matter along with another fcr ring and spirit monarch.

I do 4.4k with spear @ 125fcr/ max block and wizzy, and that's just about enough for all round duelling.
For NvN I use boneshade +5spear/ +7teeth and spirit monarch, for 86fhr/ 125fcr/ 5.7k spear and bout 1.6k teeth - works well.

Funny, I'd expect Da Pk Negro to say he has access to many permed dupes of these, since he's just that amazing.
