    Is Trading Safe?

Is trading in a trade window still safe? I heard about some hack that gives you potions or something instead of what your trading for.

Trading via the trade window should be safe. Be sure to double-check the items before hitting the accept button.

Well there are rumors of not even that being safe (fake-image, swap trade option for green accept), but I've never seen those events myself, so one should be sceptical of the truth of their existance.

I've never seen such a thing for myself either, and neither has any of my friends, so I'm doubtful as well.

The only scam Ive seen on realms involving window trading is the old switch item for another..."oh im full up one second plz" and up goes the blue quilted armour instead of dusk enigma.
I traded a heap of gear just yesterday and didnt lose anything.Best off taking as many precautions, like double checking screen,as possible though

I've seen ghost hack in action myself. When someone trades 1-space items with you, ask them to move the item around, that should be it.
