Is this rare claw worth 2 upgrades?

I have the needed rune & gems and could use a good fools rare for switch but not sure it the item type is worth it, would I have to WSM bug etc?
Loath Thirst (Wrist Blade) - need to up 2 times
+30% IAS
+35 AR
+110 ED
Fools mod per level AR and Max Damage
+1-8 Lightening Damage (only crap mod here)
8% Mana Steal
No sockets so can only add 1.

if it's the best fools claw you have, then go ahead and use it. i;d be holding out for something a little fancier myself.

Indeed, if it was a Blade Talon it might be worth upping once, but Wrist Swords simply are a little slow. Of course, the only real essentials on a Fool's Claw are speed and AR, which that claw has... But in order to make it really nice, it really needs 2 sockets or massive other mods.

That claw needs 33 more IAS to hit 9-frame traps if used opposite an RT/GT Chaos. Not completely impossible, but hardly ideal. Upgrade it once if you're building a WWsin and haven't got anything better, but don't upgrade it again and be on the hunt for something better.

Also, WSM bugging won't help you with that claw - to bug with Fool's claws the Fool's has to be the fast claw or you won't get the AR bonus.
