Is this legal?
I was doing some mf runs in normal to find some low level equip for one of my char and then this other person says to come to town, they want to give me a high level rune for helping them. I ignored then at first but they stayed around and I finished my run. I go to town and this person gives me a ber or bel rune cant remember which, and says here this is for helping me transfer 80 runes. I tell him that I dont remember helping him and he says that I wouldnt remember because I helped him un-knowingly. Anyways I now have a supposed real high level rune in my stash and I'm still very confused on what happend. Can I get in trouble , is this legal and what the !ell is a transfer?
