is this lance worth it as a pvp weapon?

30% IAS
req str = 110
req dex = **
req level = 35.
For some reason the req level went up when i upgraded it.... it was 30 before upgrade and 35 after upgrade (or maybe i am just going crazy!)
I was thinking of usin it as a WW weapon since, with a shael, it will hit the 6 frame 2nd-to-last BP.
What kind of setup should i go for if i use this weapon?
