Is this circlet any good for my trapper?

Been a realy long long time ago since i last played Diablo. Even forgot my diabloii accountname and even the mailadress I used. So made this new account on diabloii since its my mainsource of diablo 1.11 (which is so different since my good old 1.08/1.09 days).
So here's my question:
I`m making a trap-assassin at the moment. And a couple of days ago I found this circlet, is it any good for a trapper? Or should it rly be a +3 to trap to be any good at all. I`m poor, but not that poor since i found a Soj yesterday on my Europe ladder char :grin: So i could afford some basic supplies for this char.

+26 Str
+36 Fire resistance
+76 Atr.
