I have a suspicion that block2 may be the claw block percentage, and that claw block also have a cap of 75% blocking. However, this runeword is NOT activated, and I can't check it.

Actually I think block2 is faster block rate. AFAIK this runeword was supposed to be activated in 1.09, so this is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the three new runewords that Blizzard said would be released in 1.11.

In runes.txt you'll notice that it's missing a "1" in the complete column. It cannot be made.

block2 is for faster block rate btw, not increased chance of blocking.
