Is this a good ring for a PvP hammerdin?

10% Faster Cast Rate
+69 Attack Rating
+15 Strength
+3 Dex
+18% Lightning Resistance

Wondering whether to use?

My gear will be

Shako (Ber) OR CoA (BerBer) (Dont know which to use)
Enigma
Mara 29 resist
Spirit (35% FCR)
Heart of the Oak (40% FCR)
Arachnid (20% FCR)
Mage Fist (20% FCR)
Sandstorm Treks

Now I know if I use that ring I could hit 125% FCR and be able to use Hoto. If I dont use ring I can use Wizard Spike instead.

What would you do and if I should use this ring would you use 1 SOJ or 1 BK with it?

The ring will help you reach the extra str needed for CoA, but could have more str. The AR is useless, 3 dex is basically nothing, only 18% light res, no life, no all res, could have more str...it would be a decent filler until you got something better.

Would you use CoA over Shako? Seems that all hammerdins I fight use Shako.

Trying to get a better ring, been offered this ring and was wondering if its worth taking? or how much better can you get?

+10% FCR
+4 Max Dmg
+33 Life
+26 Cold resist
+10 Lightning resist
+10 Fire Resist
+26 Poison resist

If your not going to use CoA then the str on the first ring doesn't matter. On the second ring, the 4 max dmg does nothing for you, 33 life is meh, 10 fire/light res and 26 poison/cold res are backwards of what I would want on a ring.
