Is this a good claw?
Hey guys i have no idea how to tell if a claw is good or not so please help

85-141 damage
304 enhanced damage
1 to minimum damage
252 to attack rating
5% mana stolen per hit
9% life stolen per hit
2 to Blade shield
3 to Cobra Strike
I didnt think it was great but i thought it might be worth it to check if it was good at all.
