Is there a higher faster cast rate break point then 125%?

There is no break point higher than 125 listed anywhere. So it does not exists.

I'm not sure whether game-code contains higher numbers, but they r physically impossible to reach in any case.

barbs can hit a 7 frame cast rate if that makes you feel better, but that's at 200% fcr :p.

Since 125% fcr for a necro is 9 frame and 63% fcr is 9 frame for a barb/sorc, imagine trying to get 8 next frame for a necro.

Through the formula of a necros fcr (whatever it may be) it should be possible theoretically to gain it, but as you see from the list above it takes SOOO damn much to get there, although with a necro

30% - .08 valk
30% - Dforce
30% - Viper
20% - Arach
20% - Trang Gloves
20% - 2x FCR rings
20% - Crafted caster ammy
50% - Wiz
220% FCR is possible, so perhaps it should be investigated.

You should ask that in Statistics. I don't know of anybody on this forum who reads game-code.
