Is it worth 163% FCR

is there a way to get to 163fcr rate break point ???
20fcr circlet
2x 10 FCR rings
10-20fcr ammy <=====veri hard to get
50wizspike or 40hoto
20spider
20lidless
20 trangs
total= 160 or 150 for hoto...16x depanding on ammy

i was wondering is there other way to get to 163fcr cause the ammy is hard to get.

and is there a big difference in the 99FCR and 163 FCR breakpoint...izit worth sacraficing sojs and bk for fcr rings,mara's for fcr ammy,shako for fcr circlet and yeah maybe SS for lidless,cause SS givs alot of dr and resis and has higher blk rate.

im toking bout pvp wise for a wind-druid...thx.

You know that the next breakframe is only a lil bit faster. If you're on NL I highly DO NOT suggest you get 163 fcr. If you're on ladder it can be done easily with the following items (yet still maintaing the good tornado damage):

Hoto (40)
Druid circlet (20) OR Druid ammy (20)
Uped ViperMagi (35)
Magefists (20)
Arachnids (20)
Spirit Monarch (35)

Other items include 10 fcr rings.

if u hav 163, they had 99, chances are u will win

in any other situation tho, its not worth the sacrifice

You know that the next breakframe is only a lil bit faster. If you're on NL I highly DO NOT suggest you get 163 fcr. If you're on ladder it can be done easily with the following items (yet still maintaing the good tornado damage):

Druid circlet (20) OR Druid ammy (20)
Uped ViperMagi (35)
Magefists (20)
Arachnids (20)
Spirit Monarch (35)

Other items include 10 fcr rings.

The problem with using viper is that without enigma, your chances of catching casters and your ability to escape from dangerouse melee situations go down steeply. The most reasonable way i see to achieve 163% fcr is like this:

35 spirit
20 arach
10-20 rings
20 gloves
40 hoto
20 circ
10-20 ammy

This allows you to choose to use 1 soj or try and find a cheaper ammy that only has about 10% fcr. It also opens up the possibilty of using 1 absorb ring and still maintaining top speed against particularly dangerous casters.

i gotta disapgree with you on this subject, my 163% druid rarely loses to any char other then trapists that just MB lock u, the difference in 5.5k nado and 6.7 nado in pvp is only a few hundred damage, which can be overcome by the fact that u can probably get 1 more nado out then you normaly would. if ur on ladder, i wouldnt say no to 163, on non ladder i dunno i dont play non.

is there a ring with 20%fcr, if there is in all my time playing ive never seen 1.

I would have to say that 99% cast > 163. I mean without a stormsheild in windy vrs windy you would be taking 35% more damage... And with your basic 99% cast rate build your pretty balanced vrs all players. The 163% is taking abit of +skills away from cyclone and lowering other stats.
