Is it possibe?
Is it possible to get 4 sockets on elite magic armor ?
Tk u for any input
I believe it is. The prefix I believe is "Artisan's". I know that "Jeweller's" is 3 sockets.
It's the ather way around.
Any magical elite armor will get 4 sockets from the the jeweller's prefix. AFAIK any armor, helm, shield and weapon can get any socket prefix if its ilvl is high enough, but the actual number of sockets is limited by the maximum number of sockets and item type.
tks for ur reply
i just found this light armor with 98 to life 446 def magic one.is Larzuk quest work the same for magioc armor or not or u have to use different method to get 4 sockets?
Tks for any reply agian
Larzuk won't add the jeweler's prefix. He will simply add the maximum number of sockets to nonmagical items (depends on item type and ilvl), 1-2 (randomly) to magical items (except a few wands and daggers which can have only one) and 1 socket to rare, crafted, unique and set items. It has no influence whether an item is ethereal or not. He won't add anthing to items which already have sockets.
So how to get 4 sockets on that armor? like u said it can get 4 sockets.
tks again for ur reply
krischan said that it is possible for a magic armor to have 4 sockets. A "Jewelers Dusk Shroud" would be a 4 socket magic armor. A "Jeweler's Dusk Shroud of the Whale" would be a 4 socket magic armor with life.
krischan did not say that it is possible to add 4 sockets to a magic armor. The only way to add sockets to a magic armor is through the Larzuk quest which will yield a random choice of 1 or 2 sockets.
There is no way to add 4 sockets to your armor.
Larzuk will add 1-2 sockets yo your armor - wasting the reward.
