some low mods

is it good way when i'm fighting with sorc or other casters ???

in one word: NO!
if nothing else use arreat(depending on sorc type maybe 3xLo helm)

It's not a bad helm; if you can't manage to get an arreat's or something of that nature, then sure, it'd be great for pvming. If you want to do serious pvp though, you'd need the Face.

Not enough good mods provided. I dont think any rare helm can provide enough useful mods than the arreat for pvp/pvm.

yup i agree RS, but hal is also right! if you can't find/buy arreat guess you could use this, but i'm sure you could find a better rare or even buy magic from NPC's in a sec!

It rules. I am relatively new to the game and i finally got a face for my barb. I went from struggling through nightmare durance to surging through to Durance hell where I came a cropper again. I hav a helm pretty similar to that one though and at least it will get you started. There are far better class specific helms out there though i think.
