Is Hellrack Bow ne good?

Been playing Diablo since original release. Never a Zon. Found a Hellrack and shealed it * 2. Is it worth using when u got all over the place Faith bows, Goldstrike arch, WF, Lycanders.. etc.... Seems like a good amount of all around damage. Would use it for PVM... Thanks

the massive damage does look appealing, but the truth is that it's still way too slow, even with 2 shaels.

work with what you have and not what you'll expect. i base my characters only on whats acessible and not what i'll have in the long run.

hellrack is misreable slow, but if its what you have...try and work with it.

Thx for the input peeps... traded it for 2 Puls and an Ariocs needle? Dont know if Ariocs is ne good... Will still werk on this 1st Bowazon...

I used it on my first strafezon on switch sometimes for PI's and it performed well enough. Then again i was poor and it was what i had at the time. :lol:

I used Hellrack up until I was rich enough to get my Brand bow for PI's on weapon switch.

I loved it, but had 120% IAS...

Took care of the PI's pretty quickly, and they would be 2/3rds drained by the time my merc's Reaper's would kick in, then poof they'd die.

The only negative is the strength I had to invest to wear it, but my strafazon could wear almost anything that way as well.

If you're poor, works great!

Some1 paid 2x PUL + a unique Hyperion spear for something considered by others as crap!

that does say something. assuming none is socketed: Hellrack is not as slow as plain Buriza - in fact, at least when i tried with my buriza strafer, it was actually faster than vanilla buriza. It can be used pretty much the way as Buriza, and does tons of elem dmg besides decent physical. buriza will need higher char levels, dmg auras, and bolt piercing, to do more dmg.

If needle is eth/+4, then it's not crap, just like Hellrack.
