D Dahmer Diabloii.Net Member Nov 14, 2004 #2 well, yes, even a ww barb can use high fhr imagine yourself getting hit @ extremely fast speed without being able to start a first swing, with a good fhr break you'll be able to start hitting a bit earlier atleast i think so :scratch:
