hi,

My claw block is lvl 19 with bonus and it dont look like it ill go uper block% since nesxt lvl will stll be 57%.. does it keep increasing?

How is CBlock affected by claws? Is it affected by the claw class/do claws have a % to block?

While dual-wielding claws you get the listed block chance when standing still or attacking. The maximum is 64% chance, from Slvl 49-59. 65% would be at 60, but an Slvl that high can't legitly be achieved.

No. Claws are simpler than shields.

There's no cap on WB per se, though I think the maximum possible with legit adders is 64%. 60% is often mentioned by PvPers as the maximum desirable target because of the nose dive its returns take after that point.
