is an azurewrath phaseblade socketable?

SSoG's guide has it socketable but I haven't seen that. any ideas?

Do the quest in act 5 where you kill Shenk the Overseer and Larzuk will reward you with the choice to socket a weapon or armor of your choice.

You can't imbue unique items, and you wouldn't want to if you could, since any original mods would be removed.

FYI - all uniques (unless already socketed) will get one socket from Larzuk.

why add a shael to an azure/ if you already have 25% on body IAS???? Is there a need at that point? I assume if you don't use the gloves mentioned in the build then you would. (Sorry I can't get ahold of SSOG)

ias on weapon and off weapon works differently in druid's wereform.
attack speeds usually benefit more from the former =)
