IronMancer Idea (Guide Possibly)
I been thinking of this guide for a while now. Basically making it for dueling melee players such as the ww barbs, smiters/zeals/chargers. Main idea is to have a golem that can take a couple hits and have some much damage return to kill the melee player. Theres some problems with barbs and beserk. But this is just a build i'd thought i'd give a burl. Being my first guide any pointers welcomed. The gear i have picked is relativly cheap, and should +dmg and health to your golem.
Skills
Iron Maiden x 20
Iron Golem x 20
Golem Masterys x 20
Skellys or Bone Armour (still undecided which is best)
Stat Points
Strength: enough for gear
Dex: Base, I'm pretty sure you need to be hit for Iron Maiden to work
Vit: Anything left goes here
Energy: Base
Gear
(As i said before this is the option I'm going and probably better, and i ain't the richest person)
Cairn Shard (Unique Wand): +1 Necro Skills, +2 Summoning So far this is the best wand IMO and is fairly cheap, goes great with the homonculus
Homonculus (Unique Sheild): +2 Necro Skills, +2 Curses
Trang Ouls Armour:+2 Summoning, Seems to be a good option and with the two other items I'm gonna add gives you elemental damage for those casters
Trangs Belt: Cannot Be Frozen takes me fancy here, you can use a raven frost for that. And use a Arachnid but as i said before the elemental damage and me being not so rich is why.
Trangs Gloves:+2 Curses
Wormskull helm:+1 Necro Skills Basically its cheap, a Shako would be better
MarrowWalks: The Bug helps you bone armour greatly
Currently my IronMancers at 21. So hopefully it will be taking those melee chars out by level 65-80. I did a quick calculation and quote me if I'm wrong but with Iron Golem at 20 and Iron Maiden at 20 that gives 1100% returned. If a barb does 3k or a smiter 1.5k per hit, its returning 10x the amount of damage.
Any feedback really welcomed and if this guide has been made before apologies to the builder.
